the default setting in the new 6.0.1 MK2 pitch bend setting is +2 / -2 , can someone please tell me how to change that +1 / -1

my guess would be with a mapper. you can change the values of just about everything ......
 
Yes, I knew about the mapper thanks, I just don't know how to make the adjustments on the new version of VDJ. I guess I was'nt to clear about it.
 
the adjustments on the new version of vdj will be just the same as with 5.2 if your using a mapper.

Go to the Config -> Mapper tab
Select the MK2 from the drop-down
Select the PITCHBEND- / PITCHBEND+ options then in the Action box .. just change the -2 or +2 to -1 / +1

Click OK ... and try it ...
 
Cstoll, I made the change in the mapper as you said and I cant figure out why when I change the pitch, it keeps changing by 2's? Its too much I dont like it that way, I want to keep it with just single increases and decreases.

How can I do this please?
 
you should be able to just enter the value manually??? so you should just type +1 or -1 into the value box.. not 100% on that but im positive thats how you do it.. could someone please confirm??
 
Ive tried to change the pitch level in many ways and nothing is working?? It remains working the same no matter what number I set to.

Does anyone know what's wrong with this thing? All I want to do is change the behavior in how the pitch is functioning from by ( example )

128bpm to 130bpm and I only moved the rotary one click. My setting in the mapper is set to, pitch -1 / pitch +1 this occurs only when using the Hercules MK2.
 
pitch +1 does not mean increase by 1bpm. Pitch in VirtualDJ v6 works in percentages, so you would be better using pitch +1.0% to change pitch in 1% increments (Course), pitch +0.5% for more finer, and pitch +0.1% for very fine adjustment.
 
A little late here... but when you set this as the previous poster said... don't forget to put the 0 in front of the period.

So 0.1
