Anyone using passive DI Isolator (with groundlift) to prevent damage on soundcard / mixer outputs a getting rid of hum and earth loops?
My Stanton-SA5 dies due to fact it was connected to the wrong input on a PA system.
I looked at this one since it is passive, 2 channels and balanced / unbalanced in to balanced out.

I understand with passive DI you loose half the signal, was wandering if for example the RMX has enough power to compensate.
