I agree boss - MAC is absolutely a good stuff. unfortunately it's not on my budget range at the moment so I'll just experiment the Windows platform for now and save for MAC later..
Going back to my question, what do you think about the specs of that HP lappy? will it behave on video mixing?

You might need to put more RAM (check if it is upgradeable).
But here's a tip:
May isang step na nabasa ko dito long time ago na hindi ko ginawa noong naka-Windows pa ako...

Marami sa mga veterans dito sa VDJ community at maski kasamahan ko sa DJ Association ang loyal pa rin sa Windows. Siguro dahil nakita nila ang tamang paraan para umandar lahat halos ng functions ng VDJ ng walang problema.

Ewan ko lang sa mga US music video pools kung nag-e-entertain sila ng DJs or Clubs outside the US.
Pero yung subscription ko sa Canada is strictly for Canadians.
Itunes would be a good source too. Pero @ 3.00/music-video... medyu masakit na rin sa bulsa yan kung nasa Pinas ka.

Installed it 2 days ago but kagabi ko lang na test in 5 straight hours. I can say this release is awesome (audio wise)!
Kung baga ang tunog ay may laman! Loop bug is totally gone. Now I can possibly set the latency down to 64 samples (5.3ms) or even lower on NI - Audio8DJ which is impossible for me to do it before. Take note also the response of the jogwheel that improves a lot. I'm not a scratch dj nor cannot even scratch my own back but hey...wahhhlaaah!

100% Agree that the sound is more impressive!
Tested it on my Imac home workstation @ 64 (1ms) with no problem (No Controller, No External-Video out).
I will install and test it on my gig MacbookPro 15 with everything hooked-up and will report the results later.

7.3 Test Results with MacbookPro 15 - OS X Lion 10.7.4...
With Denon DN-X1600 soundcard (and mixer), Timecode CDs connected, 2 Kontrol X1s connected, External HD connected, and VGA output connected @ 64(1ms) latency setting... the sound is outstanding!
Although, I hear a little crackling sound when I push the drum-loops on the Sample Bank to the max.
(These samples were downloaded from the VDJ site)
I will create my own drum-loops, do more testing and see what happens.
