So for those times I have to DJ on CDJ's and bring in CD's (some clubs / places don't allow you to bring in your own rigs so I'm stuck), I would love to have my VDJ track database handy without opening VDJ at a gig. I tried the ol excel spreadsheet broken down by key, bpm, genre, etc etc but searching via excel spreadsheet is annoying.
Would there be any chance that Atomix could put together a simple standalone app that just taps into the VDJ database with all the search functionality of VDJ for these instances?
Equally awesome would be the ability to scan new tracks for BPM without having to fully open up VDJ as well (I tend to rip and analyze tracks en masse instead of as I get em which I need to break myself out of that habit).
