PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! I called tech support today and after a remote connect and about 4-5 min. IT WORKS!!! lol. I'd rather not say what the problem was cause even the tech was like "oh wow, I feel dumb." after messing with it for about 5 min before figuring it out. but everything is gravy now, I actually just got done messing with it for about 3 or so hours and it works WONDERFUL. I have this strange feeling that I will be a full user very soon, lol.

Hi mate.
Great to hear that you got your problem solved. Don't be shy tho. Let us know what the problem was in case any of us come across it on a gig night and don't realise what has happened. Remember its only an easy question if you know what the answer is.

my problem was somehow, during the update it unchecked everything in the button circled. and when I was told how to fix it in my ticket I misunderstood and was in the wrong one, and the tech that I called and remote connected to my laptop even after about 4-5 min of looking was like, "oh wait, I know what it is, don't we feel dumb." lol. its one of those things like calling tech support and the first question they ask is, "is it plugged in" and you just hang up cause you feel like a retard, lol. but thanks for all the help and suggestions guys. now if I can just get this popping/crackling sound to go away (check my thread in the windows support section) that just decided to rear its ugly mug, everything will be gravy.
