Topic: Ver 6.01 locking up

i installed ver 6.01 and on one of my machines if i do a bpm scann or a add to search data base it locks alt ctrl del does nothing i have to completely reboot the machine anyone know a fix

You can repeat this over and over?
 
yes every time i do any of those tasks, i mean it plays and searches music just fine but i cant bpm scan or do a add to data base! also will there be dac 2 mapper this system has a dac2 all of my other machines have the dmc2 and that works
now i went from ver 5.2 to 6.01 maybe i should of jsut installed 6.0 on that system

The DAC 2 is supported, just select in mappers. One of the smarter guys will be here to help with the lock up problem.
 
in mapper i don't show the dac 2? on my other system in mapper it dosn't show the dmc 2 but it works, so i uninstalled ver 6.01 and installed ver 6.0 still the same so i did another uninstall reboot and installed ver 5.21 and no problems all back to normal well with that machine.. i like ver 6.01 gret update so if anyone finds a fix let me know
the specs are amd 3200 dual pros 2.0gig 1gb of ram geforce card
 
In mapper, check the box next to the pull-down "mapper options", de-select "only show only connected devices". This will give you the whole list of supported controllers.
 
i checked the mapper and i see the dac2 but once i close the options panel it dosed see the dac.. and i had to uninstall ver 6.01 and go back to ver 5.2
if i can just figure out why it is locking up that will be great
