Topic: Vista sp2 is trouble

One crash and four unexplained shut downs of VDJ and lots of errors to the point all songs were not recognised. Upgraded to SP2 yesterday, I will be posting the report on the techie forum later today. I scanned and cleaned all files before the gig as usual for me but this did'nt stop any problems. I hope the new version of VDJ is gonna fall at the first fence because of Microsoft.

Do you know if the current version of vdj is supported for sp2 before you go blaming ms?
 
I have installed SP2 and not experienced any glitches with VDJ or any other programs.
 

Now my weekend gigs are done, I'm just about to install SP2 and test on my giging laptop. I will report back in a few hours.

SP2 has been fine on my girlfriends laptop for a couple of days now, had no problems.

I await you results on this one. I have two more gigs today starting at 2pm finishing 1130pm , no peace for the wicked, hope all will go ok
 

Been playing around with VirtualDJ and SP2 now for 6 hours and it's spot on.

Microsoft has really improved Vista with SP2. I like Vista anyway, but it's even better now!!!!!
 
Now the new toy VDJ6 has arrived I will forget about yesterdays issues. My gigs today were flawless. However part of the update was the new media centre which started to load on its on so this could had caused an issue. May be we will never know?
 
No problems with Vista SP2 here.
