Topic: Cross-grade from PCDJ VJ

On your buy page it says that you can upgrade from a different variant of VDJ. It asks for a keycode of current product. Where I find this for PCDJ VJ, I have tried my license number and it doesn't work? PCDJ don't know what you mean by keycode.
