I´ve uploaded fully working MIDI Map ver. 2.2 on this site. Only motors are not working and leds not lighting. Do you have any ideas for leds???

XML midi mapper cant control the leds, you need to make a hardcoded mapper (DLL file) for that ..

There is nothing to try ... VirtualDJ 5 does not 'send' MIDI commands.
