No mate the latest is 5.2.1, so go to your download centre and download and install it :)
As for re-installing, it doesn't matter which order you do the installs in, I always install the hardware and it's drivers first, but that's just me ;)
BTW while you are re-installing everything on the laptop, download the latest drivers for your mk2, Hercules released a new driver package last week.
