Hello,
I have a problem with my virtual dj program.
It worked fine until a few days ago, i get the message "installation error".
I tried to uninstall it a few times and installed it again, bud still the same problem.
And i need it to work with my Hercules RMX DJ.
Can someone help me please.

Hey danny,
Which version of VDJ do you have?
What PC are you having the problem with?
Also if you bought the RMX new then you should have been supplied with VDJ on disc for you to install. Try using this disc. If that still doesnt work try registering the serial number that came with it (assuming it was new and not 2nd hand) and download the latest version of the software from this site.

If you still have problems then be a bit more specific (error messages/ software versions/ operating systems etc etc) and we will try and help you.

The version i use now is 5.2 i updated yesterday.
I have a Lenovo notebook with Windows Vista Ultimate on it.
My processor:
Intel Pentium Dual-Core T2330 @ 1,60GHz , 2,00GHz
Memory:
3GB Ram
Graphics card:
Mobile Intel 965 Express Chipset Family
Mobile Intel GMA X3100 (Adapter String)
Graphics memory:
358MB total available graphics memory
0MB dedicated video memory
128MB system video memory
230MB shared system memory
ERROR message: installation error
