Hi I have the hc4500 controller and it connects fine to vdj 5.2 but after a minute it freezes and Denon cant seem to help me. Im using xp64 and run with 4gb RAM. After it freezes the music continues to play but no controls available, so have to shut vdj down. I dont know about mappers or there purpose, any help would be much appreciated.

This is caused by a bug in the original firmware shipped with the Denon DN-HC4500.
Please update its drivers and firmware to the latest version: http://www.denondj.com/firmware.aspx?ProductId=81
