in my last post i was asking about crackles ect in my sound.used all my own gear sat and everything perfect including karaoke.few glitches on my screen nothing major(anyone know what that mite be}.noticed that im only getting the bad sound in the pub i work on sundays.they have dynacord amps and 2 graphics equilizers.dont know whats causing this any suggestions guys

could be a crappy ring main your on, try and plug into a different circuit if you can, see if you can get to the pub before next gig and try it out...

i have tried different outputs mate.would it be something to do with the equilizer.never used them before and dont really understand them

i worked in a bar where the decks were on the same circuit as the bottle fridges and evertime they kicked in i would get the pops over the speakers, only thing i could do was check the db's (fuse boxs) and find a circuit they were not hooked into, lots of bars nowadays have different circuits in the same room, i managed to find one called "cleaners" and everthing was fine after that, you could also replace the leads one by one on their gear as a connection may have come loose and any vibration may be giving you an arc and causing the pops, this is why i suggest you do it at a convenient time before your next gig,
