whats up ppl,

i am just trying to find any djs around the boston area using vdj, i mostly see serato up everywheree, but frankly, i love vdj and couldnt leave it, looking for ppl to exchange tips and tricks in my HOOD..;-p

I literally just got it today. I have been using the OMNI Control from Numark for a few days with the Traktor software. Seems VERY nice. Can't wait to play with the video features of Cue however. Do you DJ at clubs in Boston?

Waltham for me.

Dj at random bars in Waltham & Weddings all over Massachusetts.
 
Cool, I have done some goth parties, and I used to do Radio DJing for years. Both in lowell at the UMass college station and online for sites like iWon and Barnes&Noble. So got to play with Cue a bit more last night. Interface seems buggy on my Mac, I got a lot of crashes when trying to browse my iTunes library.
 
what u using for hardware? just ur mac?
 
Numark OMNI Control and the Mac. I may add a Korg mini trigger pad later for the video samples, if that is even possible. But thats what I want to play with on Cue.
 
is that ur using it for? a video dj?

I was born & raised in Waltham.... watch city!!

Maybe when we should cook up a local meet up. I have always looked on the map for local users but never found any active in the forums. Good to know.
