chuck..you can assign it to any folder you want...
config>file>browse (the little button with the ... on it)

uuhhh that's the location of the file to be recorded , isn't it ? then it seems to land in the same folder after the recording?

all ya have to do is remember to rename the file whichever folder you assign it to record to, otherwise it will overwrite the previous file that was saved in your computer. For Example:
you saved the original file at -
C:\Documents and Settings\Chucks\Mixes\Urban Contata For Spin-kicking Spinning Donuts In Dminor.mp3
instead of whatever VDJ had as default folder.
other than that i'm not sure what you mean by assignable destination. especially after waking up with 3 hours sleep cause the pregnant one's on board alarm system kicked me. i have no idea how she slept through it.
easier to show you what i'm talking about, but i'm fresh out of plane tickets and never got fraps to work right.
