hi i want to upgrade this effects

BrakeAndSwirlUp.dll
1 cut per beat.dll

someone know how to do ?

It's very simple:
just copy the new effect into
C:\Documents and Settings\Your_name\Documents\VirtualDJ\Plugins\SoundEffect

no that not works . not active in program they must be upgraded bcecause thay are old , but how?
 
Download the latest version from this website.

If there is no later version, then the plugin is probably no longer supported.
