Welp Friday was going great til the manager came up to me and asked me what was wrong with the $3000 projector?? I said what are you talkin about?? I looked up and my jaw hit the ground. It appears my transparent logo has Made the bottom right corner an all BLUE blur. Of course I said I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT HAPPENED??? LOL.
Now the question here is this:
If this said image is burned in, what is it burned into, the lense or the inners??
Man If I can just buy a new lense I will be a happy camper??

There's a free program called JScreenFix which rapidly alternates the pixel colors over an area which claims to be able to unstick pixels (20 minutes) and reduce burn-in (12 hours). I've tried it before on my laptop lcd for a stuck pixel and it didn't work for me but it may be worth a try as a last resort before replacing the bulb or unit, e.g. if you buy the replacement when necessary, but give this a go before the swap, if it fixes it, return the replacement for a refund, or if it doesn't work or makes things worse it won't matter.

Some newer plasma and lcd monitors/projectors have a burn fixer built in... for lack of the real term. Check with the manufacturer. your logo staying in the same place for long hours will cause the lcd panels inside the projector to go this way. It's not the lamp or the lens that are affected by this unfortunitely. One way I got rid of such a problem on a plasma screen was to leave it on a pure snowy picture for a day. It happened at the bar I DJ at when there Satelite reciever lost signal and an error popped up and no one turned off the set for about 8 hours until I got there. Using a snowy channel cleared it up almost 100% and you can't see the marks at all when regular TV is on. It happened a few months ago so I am going to look at it when I'm back at the club to pick up my pay on monday and give you more feedback to see if it now went away 100% with no picture showing.

As above it won't be the bulb, it's likely to be a problem with either the LCD, or the filters that sit behind the bulb. I saw this on a projector recently where the filters had got too hot. One had burnt, one had distorted and one was fine. It caused everything to have a green tint, along with blue haze around the edges.
Worth a look inside if you're feeling up to it and you can get parts to repair it.
I used to use a projector for my living room TV, and I've had this blue hazing happen to 3 of those now. Every time it's either been a filter or LCD failure, and it's not been caused by static images.
