5.2.1 pro XP
Where does VDJ get it's tag info from? For example I have a track that VDJ says the title is CD1 - 10 - I Did your boyfriend and lists no artist.... but when I view the ID3 tag v1 & v2 in winamp or explorer that title never shows up and the correct title & artist do.
I spend alot of time properly formatting my ID3 tags with Tag& Rename but many times my efforts are wasted because VDJ isn't reading them properly. How can I fix this?

ok I guess I fixed it by deleting my old database file but is there a better way?

You could try this
Config>Browser>Info Gathering
Read ID3 Tags>Enable
ID3 Artist/Title>Enable

Actually I did enable / disable the ID3 Tag function in the config but that didn't wipe out the old information that was still in the database. is there a way to "Re-Analyze" ID3 tags like you can with BPMs to update the database tag info?

Highlight all the files and right click then select the File Infos -> Reload Tag option - page 13 at the bottom in the manual.
