Hi all i am having some problems with my sound quality. I use the numakr dmc2 controller, a Rane MP44 mixer, and the gigaport ag sound card. The problem is that the gigaport doesnt put out equal sound. One channel is always lower than the other. I am looking for a really good sound card that will give me balanced levels on both channels, and excelent sound quality. What should i look into.

not familiar with external soundcards (as mine comes with the rmx)
but try checkin that both gains are equal, also sometimes depending of the quality of your songs (if you download them from like ares or something like that), because normally when bought they come to a similar level, make sure the mixer is balanced or full on one side , depending where your sound is coming from too
