Topic: RMX Effects control

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

Last night I'm at my usual Friday night show, but more so than usual I found myself using alots of effects. (Flanger, beatgrid, overloop, etc.) I own the Hercules RMX and for the first time I noticed a serious flaw. The RMX has built in control to activate and deactivate six effects, but when it comes to effects, thats it. I cannot believe this controller has no way of controlling the parameters or volume of the effect along with no ability to activate the other effects (only the six its programmed to do). I'm hoping I'm missing something. I'm hoping there is a way to adjust volume of effects through this controller. Has anyone found a way?

my way of solving this was geting some midi controller so that you can assingn those functions to that
try the nano control or even the nano pad, or any other that has lots of knobs or buttons hehe

do u use that second controller in place of or in addition to the rmx?

There is a way to controller one of the parameters...hold down the button and rotate the jog wheel.

This is is similar to my concern...

I want to use the TK filter in VDJ Pro. As far as I can see, there's no way to assign the TK FIlter or other plug-ins to the the RMX console. If I turn on the filter on the laptop, it kills the audio coming out of the RMX console, as if the console is incompatible with that effect. What the hell? Am I missing something here?

Would a seperate midi controller help this, too? I don't really need to control the parameters outside of the laptop, I just want to be able to hear the filter effect in my mix through the RMX. Maybe it was because I was only listening through headphones and not outputting to a monitor?

in addition make sure you activate MIDI control (besides your rmx) and just map the buttons for the functions you want to have done

a separate controller might work but it might but , but try updating both your vdj and your hercules make sure you have both up to date so that you know they [updates] are not whats causing the problem
