Very simple answer: in your case, serial number if you have one (but i don't think so) or you have DJ Console = help from me (i just need 5 minutes to solve your problem :-) )

You are using an old very outdated CRACKED version of VDJ. Many of the newer skins won't work with older versions.

Well, I'm not a mystic, but I do know that you are using version 1.09 with an invalid serial number.
MANY, in fact most of the NEWER skins will not work with this outdated cracked version.
