Hello, When I cue up the next song on either of the decks, the song that is playing goes to half volume, It goes to just 1 speaker, that what it sounds like anyway. any ideas what I am doing wrong?

Your outputs are probably split into two channels, this is adjusted in config>sound. This makes deck 1 go left and deck 2 go right. If you change your setting so that you are putting out a mono signal to your amp then headphones to 3 + 4 it should be right.
