My Hercules headphone output signal is distorted and so is the mic signal, has anyone else experienced this?

i did wit the mic the first gig with rmx.what i did was go into rmx control panel and turn off talkover worked perfect now im using wireless mic and perfect.not sure bout the headphone part

What are the impedances of your headphones and microphones?
If you use 1 ohm headphones or microphones (the microphones you may get for multimedia computer), then the pre-amplifier of the DJ Console Rmx can saturate these devices, but you should no get this issue with headphones or microphone of 16 ohms or more.
