For information, the action "headphone_crossfader" is never use by skins creators as you seem to prefer using "headphone_mix". Question of point of view... "headphone_mix" equals to "level" of active desk in fact and "headphone_crossfader" to "crossfader" (between desk 1 and desk 2) of course for the headphone
"headphone_crossfader" is a "full" crossfader
Note: "headphone_volume" equals to "level" of default desk
In Fact i used that in my plugin "headphone":

headphone_crossfader(0) = pfl ON for deck 1
headphone_crossfader(4096) = pfl ON for deck 2
headphone_crossfader(2048) = pfl ON for deck 1 and deck 2
And headphone_volume to control the volume, here it works independant from default desk

Maybe to be ready for the future, can someone make the new DJ Console from Behringer and maybe the CDJ 200 from Pioneer ;-)
