The cross fader on the RMX is terrible, the sound volume controls work great but there isn't any sound difference in my cross fader. The music is either on, or off. Is there anyway to recalibrate the cross fader or is there a way to adjust the way in which the cross fader fades channels like on every other mixer I have?
Also I am having issues with my defaults settings being just a little off on my VDJ program versus my RMX console, is there anyway to reset that?

Check in the config menu on VDJ how the crossfader is set. Souds like you have it set on scratch. You can also check if you double click on the small record icon in the taskbar to open the options for the rmx. There is also crossfader behaviour.

There is a button in config to set VDJ back to factory settings, if that helps ;)
