Hi, I am new to MAC and Virtual DJ, so a real n00b.
I want to scan my external HD, but I cannot find out how to do that? Also when I first started the program did not asked me to scan my volumes?
What went wrong?
I have 28,000 mp3 and it would be nice to have them scanned.
Can anybody help?

You need to check "Show Volumes" in the browser section of the config menu. The external HD should then appear in the browser window of VDJ. Control-click the external HD icon and select "Add to Search Database".
