I am using virtual dj pro with pioneer cmx 3000. Just got a maya 44 and am pc based. Is it hard to midi map the cmx 3000? I have not seen an addon or anything related to this - any help greatly appreciate it.

Does the cmx 3000 has Midi functionality? I did a short google and could´t read anything about midi.
So if it has midi functionality you could map it with virtual dj. Addons or mapper if there are any available are only for registered user.

It definately has *no* MIDI functionality. Use with TCCD only I'm afraid....

SADLY TRUE, no "MIDI" on this Pioneer unit...
Only works with TimeCode CDRS...
But you'lll need a multi channel soundcard to do the "VDJ TimeCode" thing correctly, etc...

Come on!.. cmx-3000 is like 8 yrs old... I have mine since it was relased and it is an awesome unit and still plays like new.
The new MEP-7000 from Pioneer it has midi, reads file-dvd's discs (imagine all the mp3 that you can carry on one dvd!), but not sure if it is relased yet
