Hey guys. I have a macbook that's about one month old now that I'm going to run VDJ off of soon. My friend can upgrade my ram from 1 GB to 4GB for pretty cheap. But as far as just mixing music goes, will 1to 4 GB make a difference?

Yes. Put the maximum amount of ram your machine can handle. It's fairly cheap and will make all your power applications run faster and smoother.

I didn't notice too much, if you use bootcamp windows will only see 3gb of ram 10.5.2 will see all 4
