hi guys, i've just got round to using the clip bank more now. i have made up a video for advertising in the restuarant and leave cue running 24/7. problem is the clip bank stops playing after about 16 hours. i tried using the old clip bank last night, but still the same problem.
even when you try and select another clip the clip will show but it wont play. its just paused. i have to restart the program to get it to work again.
has anyone came across this or know a fix?

Admittedly, it is just a guess, but maybe try setting power management to "always on." It sounds like something is going to sleep on you ;)

i wouldn't think so but i will look. this pc was stripped for dj use by computer dj. and it runs 24/7

You could also do what we do (that is if you arent playing music while advertising) and use Power Point for your advertisements.

i used to use that. before i had cue. cue plays the music too.
