话题: some help please with mac

i have a mac book, i have virtualdj 4.3 for mac and i have downloaded the latest drivers for my mac form hercules.
i have installed virtual dj with no problem and it works as it should.
i have just installed my drivers for my hercules to use with the mac and connected the hercules

the hercules flashes with all the lights as it should when it connects the a few lights stay on like it does when i use on pc

i am playing tunes in the vdj and the hercules has not control, nothing works.

i have gone to config in the vdj option to select the hercules soundcard like you do on a pc but there is no icon there for the hercules.....why

this is why the hercules is not working because the vdj has not recognised it.

i have contacted hercules for assistance and i am asking here for assistance on the vdj side

please help

Hi there for best results please add your serial number so you can download the latest updates here older versions of 4.3 are not ideal for using the hercules consoles patches have been released.

i have all the latest console patches direct from hercules, and i also have the hercules support centre working on the problem. i just wanted clarification this is a hercules problem and not a vdj software problem
