is in the edit BPM menu under "Phase".
sometimes you will also have to adjust the BPM to get the CGB right for all of the song

Upper leftt corner of the cdj700 you'll see the cbg (computer beat grid) with the arrows to adjust it
one will move it 4 beats and one will move it 1 beat
