How do i broadcast online? i no u need shoutcast plug-in but ive got that and it wont let me load it up onto virtual DJ what do i do?

alongside the Shoutcast plugin, you will also need the Shoutcast Server... either running on your own machine, or if you want to, pay for shoutcast hosting.
There is a huge benefit over paid hosting (they give you more bandwith) but if your just playing to a couple of friends, then you home connection will be fine.
For more information on setting up Shoutcast Server:
http://www.shoutcast.com/download/serve.phtml
all you then need to do is give your friends the link
http://your.ip.goes.here:8000/listen.pls
