I recently bought a 2.4 Macbook Pro but I'm not able to use Mpeg-2 encoded clips, both on Quicktime and Virtual DJ.
Clips were ripped directly from DVD and renamed to .mpg on my PC using DVD Shrink.
All working on Virtual Dj on PC but not on my brand new Mac!
A friend told me that if I install FinalCut Studio suite it will work.... but I'm afraid!!!
What can I do to have my entire collection of mpg video clips working on my Mac with Virtual DJ????????

You need to buy the Quicktime MPEG plugin, available directly from Apple for $20.
It will allow you to play back MPEG2 files on a Mac.
