Using hercules, i can't seem to get the sound to come from the computer speakers. is it possible?

If you have your hercules set-up as the sound card ans don;t have the Compy speakers pluged into your HDC then You won't get any sound.
Check you're settings in soundcard config. Make sure your speakers are plugged into the correct soundcard.
Happened To me the first time I set up my HDJCv1 as well. Don;t feel to bad

Go to sound setup tab in config and set soundcard to "simple," and choose your card from the dropdown list below, or try "primary sound driver" if you don't know what to choose (there's usually only one other choice tho). This will make it play through the speakers and use the Herc only as a controller ;)
