Hello. How do you listen to one channel while playing the other? Example, I want to listen through my headphones to channel 1 and be playing channel two, waiting to mix both songs.

If you're not using an external mixer then you can use a splitter (ie Mono Seperated) but IMHO you'll really want either a 4 channel sound card, or two sound cards.

Anyway, you go to Settings > Sound Setup, and set the Outputs to Headphones.

Then you can select the Sound card(s) you want to use, and use the Output channels to route the Master and Headphone signals whereever you need them.

Mono Seperated = One 2 channel sound card, one channel to amplifier, one channel to headphones, each a mono signal
2 Cards = 2 x 2 channel sound cards, one card to amplifier, one card to headphones, each a nice stereo signal
4.1 Card = 1 x 4 channel sound card, one pair of channels to amplifier, one pair to headphones, each a nice stereo signal

These instructions were copied and pasted from a user named Scott who answer a similar questions. I was to lazy to type it myself.

It looks something like that.
