I don't know if anyone has already said this, but you could use SWiSH Max to create your own video sequences - text, images etc... even embed other video clips if you convert them to SWF first, and then apply effects and so on to them. It also allows you to export to AVI when you're done :)

I've just created a whole load of clips for various promotions etc... - should help keep the manager off my back!!
With the release of v5 and the video loops / clipbank functionality, I thought it was worth mentioning.... unless it's a repost in which case I'll shut up ;)
