Is possible to run shared graphic memory for VIDEO MIXING.

That laptop has dedicated memory, it just says 512 SHARED because the graphics card probably only has 256 onboard, and it borrows the other 256 from the system. The best thing you can do is look around and see if it can play newer games. If it can, it will be fine.
Edit: Tell us what laptop you're looking at because I don't want to be wrong, and then you buy it and it can't work.

I'd recommend a ATI X1600 card, with 256 dedicated ddr2 ram
