I've tried to broadcast using Cue everything is working right except... When I go to another computer to listen to the stream... I type the correct url into (example windows media player) and it keeps asking for a username & password. What username & password is needed?

Is the computer you're trying to connect from on the same network? Sounds like some sort of firewall issue or a router setting. Are you rembering to add the port definition at the end of the url? i.e.
http://127.0.0.1:8000
http://127.0.0.1:8000
