话题: Question about "max load".

由于该帖子已年深日久,可能包含陈旧过时或描述错误的信息。

Does setting the "max load" option on a higher setting (e.g. 15 minutes +) affect the program's performance in any way? I don't spin much house so it's rare that I load a track longer than 10 minutes long, but if I can set the "max load" at a high setting without having to worry about performance then that would be ideal.

Thanks for your reply. Why is there even an option to be able to choose among different settings for "max load" if there is no difference. Just curious.

Ahh, I see. So what your saying is if I have a fast computer with lots of RAM (which I do), then "max load" uses very little system resources no matter what the setting.

yes basicaly it is to decide how much file to load

say you have 256 ram ,

it would load only 15 minutes of an hour set if you chose max of 15 minutes

but as your just playing normal songs and have alot of ram it is unimportant

especialy as you have a dual core :)

hope that explains what im saying better

However i disadvise "always" because you won't have control of your memory. I know that Mac OS is better than Windows but who knows...
