they did a long time ago , every thing you do at some point has relation to windows
for example the food you eat at some point will have been cataloged or even produced by windows controled machinery

but honestly touch screens are not anything new and from what i see they are taking the pc desktop and trying to make it a real desktop. The coolest part is your able to touch 2 different places at the same time.
