hai.. i have hercules mk2... so i got the vdj software..
just wanna ask, can i use vdj with midi controller example akai mdp16??
cos i wanna triggerin sampler from the midi controller??
n, the sampler in the vdj. can it change to another file such as mp3/wav??

Welcome to vdj community oki.
VDJ is a midi capable software so I shouldnt see any problems why it wouldnt recognise the midi signals sent from the midi controlller. To check just go to the config settings and under the remote control tab check enable midi controller. You should then be able to map a command to a particular midi signal sent from the controller. This may seem confusing at first but is easy once you know how.
The samples preloaded in vdj can be changed at anytime just by right clicking on them and selecting load then selecting the sample you wish to use. There is a few options you have with the samples as in beatlock & loop etc. Just play with them until you feel fit.
