Can pro user download all plugins etc?

Pro users have full acess to the download page. Home users have limited access to the download page.

I think not...where is the difficulty??
pro users have full access to all the addons, while home users have access only in some ones...
if you write "home users and higher" you mean that both home and pro users have access to the addon that you intend...and what do you write for the addons that are only accesible for full users?
