ugh...that updage..sucked!, I lost all my comments, and some of my songs info...ughhhhhhhhh... 20 hours of typing shot to hell....please work on a Genre spot for us all..even in my local database the info is gone..,...what the heck was the update about anyway????????? It cost me tons of precious time. (banging head off of laptop).. :( dj dawn

everybody knows that is smart to backup database before upgrading... why didn't you do so???

would the update overwrite the database.xml or just not see it ?
try backing it up now and deleted from VDJ folder and then copy back in, worth a shot until help can come.

he could have multi users enabled installing the update will revert it back to single user mode
