I'm not sure about napster. I dont like to use them as they usually dont have many exclusive tracks or remixes.
this is why i sub to such services as ergmusic or promo only
They are monthly cd's that are compiled with the latest tracks, new releases and hottest remixes

Plus the songs that you don't buy, you have to make sure your license to use them, is valid. Otherwise, you won't be able to use them.

What would be the best would be if promoonly etc had websites you could subscribe to so you could choose from the massive library, have choice of formats, save you having to rip everything, and not have to wait for the song that you need til the next months disk comes.

I think adding Napster was a bad idea...
1. Sound quality of lower bitrates
2. Difficult to transfer tracks to other machines
3. No specialized mixes
4. Heck...i dont even allow my PC i make my living with to connect to the net.. Imagine your machine going down or bogged down due to some virus from the net.
Anyone have anything to add ?
I really hope they add an option to disable Napster Database.
