wanted to know if someone can help i have dj control mp3 and looks like everything is ok.but when i load a song on one deck it plays well but sounds a bit out of of beat.ive turned off the automix i think but it just dosnt sound right.what im i doing wrong i just want to make a mix up but it sounds.....out of beat if i could put it like that.

sorry no can do. what i mean is when the song is playing it sounds like the beat is not in line.all ok when i play on media player but when i play it on dj control it sounds like its not in line.
eg..
1..2..3..4 (spaces are beats) but sometimes it sounds like.
1..2..3.4 do u see what i mean just dont sound right like its making the beats clash then gose out agian even when i mix it dose it but im sure my autobeat is off but sounds like its on to me.wonder if my config is wrong .HELP lol thx

Turn off "Time Stretch" under fame settings.

Even with "time stretch" off, make sure "master tempo" is off also.

I seem to have a problem also with "matching" the songs, the beat maitch works flawlesly with house, trance music, but when I try and beat match liets say 80's dance songs, the tempo is way off......do the red and green little squares need to be in sync? for example the big red square, matching up to the big green square? Sorry for sounding so lame, but this program is new to me and I want to get good at it.

The first big square should be under the first down beat on the track. Also with complex tracks you need to analise them using any music rather than the trance techno algorithm. Then you should have no probs as long as the beats are the same for both tracks. ie:both 140 +- 1%. So the squares do have to be in sync to get a smooth flawless mix.
Hope that makes sense as I am having to writs this real quick at work before the boss comes back lol

Yes this makes sense.....thanks, Im actually waiting to get yelled at at work, this forum is open all day on my computer, along with bringing in my laptop and MK2.....LOL!! Some more questions, but only answer when the boss is not around:
