Hello,
I plan to built up a mixing system with the following:
PC: Laptop Pentium II/366MHz/64Mo SDRAM
Sound card USB 5.1 "kind of"
Mixing table.
Before buying the software and the sound card, I'd like to have some experienced users view points:
- Is my PC config strong enough or definitely too weak ?
- By utilizing a 5.1 sound card, is it possible to configure Atomix MP3 SW so what the sounds of the 2 turntables are redirected to 2+2 channels of the sound card (in order to feed line-in 1 and 2 of the mixing table)
If yes, any tip for the selection of the USB sound card is very welcome (The PC also has a i.Link port - if any sound cards exists).
