You want to cue in samples from a song right ? Ok add a shortcut to set a cue on desk 1. Add another shortcut to goto cue 1, now set on the same key as goto cue another shortcut play. Now whenever you hit the key you have assigned to cue it will insert each time you hit it.

That's not the same as a cue button on i.e. Pioneer cdj100s
