I don't know if American Musical Supply (on the web) will send to Canada (but I don't see why not), but they have much better customer service than Hercules themselves. My console is acting wierd, so I called them and they are sending me a new one right away. I get to keep mine to practice what I can till the new one gets here, and I don't have to pay UPS again to ship back the one I have.
