Hi I'm want to buy the djm s11 but I see that it doesn't support stems eq and my question is would I be able to control stems with the eq in dual deck mode
Example :
Deck 1 reg eq
Deck 3 stems eq
Deck 2 reg eq
Deck 4 stems eq
Example :
Deck 1 reg eq
Deck 3 stems eq
Deck 2 reg eq
Deck 4 stems eq

Not sure if I completely understand the request but hopefully this is helpful:
The main problem is that the DJM-S11 is a controller that uses an external mixer setup - the EQ knobs currently have hardware based functionality that can't be bypassed, and you only have 2 channels with hardware based controls, so it sort of doesn't make sense to try to provide stem based functionality on the knobs.
However, given the controls are dedicated to decks 1 and 2, you should in theory be able to control the decks 3 and 4 with stems EQ (they have their own dedicated channels in the audio setup, but no EQ, so stem based EQ application from the GUI or scripts on those channels probably work).
Dual Deck mode is meant to connect two decks with one set of controls - so like your EQ would physically control the upper deck (1 or 2) in hardware, and the MIDI from that knob should control decks 3 and 4 in software. If I'm not mistaken (devs please correct as necessary), it should be possible to change the EQ mode for decks 3 and 4 to Stems EQ, as there are hardware controllers that directly support this (e.g. the Rane Four). You may have to remember to put dualdeckmode_decks, in front of some mappings to make dual deck mode functionality work (the behaviour is currently not defaulted for all functionality behind the scenes, and this includes Phase remotes in HID mode).

Thank you
It would definitely help me to make my decision to buy it if I could switch to dual deck and control stem eq and switch back to have control on reg eq
I'll see if anyone can confirm that it could actually do it because it's the main reason that's holding me back on the purchase of the djms11
In my opinion pioneer should of enable it like the rev7 in a firmware update but who knows maybe they will in the future

That's why Atomix devs write manuals:
https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/djms11/layout/eq.html
I own and use that mixer. AFAIK, no firmware update to this date has been released for the DJM-S11 to allow for that (bypass hardware EQing on channels). You'll have to go to AlphaTheta with that issue to see if it is possible to make that happen.
If you read the manual for the DDJ-Rev7, you'll see that is supported:
https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/hardware/pioneer/ddjrev7/layout/eq.html
It's supported for the Rane Four and Rane Performer as well (which I mentioned before).
Side note: this is one of the benefits of a controller that is internal mixer based (like the DDJ-FLX10) - snce the mixing is done internally, that type of functionality is allowed out of the box.
With external mixers, the firmware has to be updated to do the bypassing of the hardware frequency filtering on the knobs.
