There hasn't been yet, the only black friday offer in the past has reduced month subscription. This year is unknown.

Just because some companies have Black Friday deals, doesn't mean every company has to do it.
Besides, Atomix is one of very few companies that don't charge for updates - ever. In other words, you're getting a better deal than you would elsewhere, as soon as you buy VirtualDJ.

I think that if the company were to run a promotion for three months - reducing the price by half - it would not hurt the company financially. I think on the contrary, I think that many users would buy this program.
